Abstract
Pseudo-measurements are required by a state estimator when the available measurements do not result in an observable system. These pseudo-measurements typically have much larger measurement errors than the telemetered real-time measurements. In this paper, we examine the impact of pseudo-measurements on the accuracy of the state estimate.
