The paper uses the factor analytic method to discuss the investment value of the Agricultural Listed Company under financial crisis. The conclusions are as follows: firstly, the investment value of the Agricultural Listed Company is not high in general, of these, only 37.5% of the Agricultural Listed Company has investment value; secondly, the lower scores of management performance factor and capital expansion factor is the main reason for leading to the investment value of the Agricultural Listed Company no high. Therefore, agricultural listed company should seize the good opportunities of agricultural structure adjustment, the preferential policies of agricultural industrialization and high-tech development so as to effectively improve their management efficiency, solvency and capital expansion capability, and thus increase their investment value.
