The enterprises more and more depend on the quality of the knowledge which they have in the 21st century. It is always a challenge for enterprises to create a continuous competition advantages and competitiveness to make good use their knowledge. So, it appears to manage knowledge. That is so called knowledge management. This text is trying to make clear the clarification of human knowledge and knowledge management. On the basis of it, there is a further comprehension of the knowledge content to the enterprise management and the problems in the management process which should pay attention to.
