After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

For a long time, Chinese private enterprises serious loss of knowledge workers has resulted in a significant negative impact. Chinese private enterprises to retain knowledge workers, Should be committed to scientific management, improve the performance appraisal system, improve incentives, enhance understanding and communication, and to give respect and trust, and emphasis on career planning, provide training and learning opportunities, accelerate and solid and stronger corporate culture.
