Based on the concept of seven credibility grades, fuzzy variables are proposed to describe the idea of credibility levels according to the fuzzy characteristics of service trust. By using user-defined credibility values, the fuzzy sets of credibility grades are defined either. Moreover, combining with other representations of credibility, membership functions are constructed which can be used to express the linguistics and semantics sense of credibility grades. The conclusions obtained in this paper provide a reliable premise for fuzzy reasoning calculation of service trust.
