Using the Granger causality test, Shift-share method and Reational Analysis, this paper analyzed the impact of industrial structure adjustment about per capita income and economic growth from the characteristics and problems of adjustment of Xin Jiang industrial structure, and also maked a comparison in different periods. The results showed that the second industry in Xin Jiang makes economic growth and income per capita increased obviously, but the third industry roles declined. The level of Xin Jiang industrial structure still will be lower than the national average in the next five years.
