Abstract :
Anterior guidance by two canines and occlusion has been simulated by a 6-DOF mastication motion simulator. Bruxism motion has also been simulated. It will be shown that such a motion simulator is quite useful to confirm and understand various hypotheses on anterior guidance and bruxism, and to provide a new approach for treatment of tooth.
