Abstract
A simple engineering approach for rapid simulation of crosstalk in mixed-mode ICs using SPICE is presented. Comparative two-dimensional simulations of test structures incorporating different isolation schemes are presented. Lumped parameter equivalent circuits are then developed for these test structures for use in SPICE. The small-signal characteristics of the test structures are computed using SPICE and the results compared with those obtained from two-dimensional device simulation. Results are also compared with experimental measurements to validate the models
