  • Abstract
    In this paper, a novel measurement method to obtain 3D shape is proposed. A bilateral vibration touch sensor is used as a probe which outputs the feedback voltage in accordance with its position, and a synchronous multi-axis control algorithm is proposed in order to scan the 3D shape of the subject. The effectiveness of proposed method is demonstrated through experiments and simulations.
