Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The paper estimates potential output for the period from 1978–2008 in Inner Mongolia using detrending method and production function method. Potential output is often used for economic forecasting and economic policy analysis, so we hope that this research can be more useful of taking measures and making relevant policies for goverment.
