Abstract :
According to [13] staff training in the process of project software management is essential to meet the Venezuela software industry in short and medium term, so it´s important to encourage management practices in academics settings and train human talent demanded by the national software industry. In this paper we present a model for incorporation of Software Project Management in academic environments, including a professional organization for software development like Software Factory as an authentic activity that encourages in students develop skills and abilities related to the implementation of a software project and generic competencies related to any profession.
