This paper expounded connotation of the county economic development mode based on the agricultural modernization and construction of agricultural modernization in county economy conduction mechanism. The conduction mechanism illustrate the agricultural modernization promote county economic development process, according to its conduction process path analysis some questions which exists in the eco-industrial park construction and the construction of industrial cluster. According to the construction of ecological resources endowment county industry park and choose a comparative advantage of industrial cluster in construction and promote the rapid development of county economy.
