With the increase of residents´ incomes, urban residents´ domestic consumption rises significantly and the proportion of consumption in the whole society also increases day by day. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of urban residents´ domestic consumption, the article takes Yantai as an example and collects the data from 2001 to 2008. The article chooses urban residents´ disposable income and urban residents´ population as the independent variable to construct urban residents´ domestic consumption demand model. The inspection shows that the model has good predictive power.
