Abstract :
The experimental results relating to the study of diluted magnetic semiconductors Hg1-xCrxSe with the high chromium concentration are presented. In the temperature range T<150K the ferromagnetic resonance line from the impurities has been found and four lines of the fine structure of the chromium ion Cr2+ have been displayed. It has been determined that the shift of resonance saturation lines to the smaller magnetic field direction is a result of the ferromagnetism effect. As a whole, Jahn-Teller effect describes better the experimental data than FMR on the ferromagnetic inclusions. However, in order to choice identically the physical model, the theoretical model of Jahn-Teller effect with reference to the given semiconductor is required.
