Abstract :
Hybrid surface plasmon polariton waveguide was fabricated, which has a dimension about 500 nm×575 nm. The visible scattering light covers the whole 4.5-mm-long Au strip. A propagation loss of 20 dB/cm was experimentally demonstrated.
