Based on the analysis and summary of e-government development theory and the theory of government performance evaluation, firstly determine the value orientation of government performance evaluation based on e-government platform; Secondly, draw on the analysis of Balanced Scorecard theory and discuss the index dimensionality of government performance evaluation based on e-government platform; Thirdly, use experts´ advice to collect and analyse the data, use the AHP to determine weight. So we can get index system and weight of government performance evaluation index system based on e-government platform to achieve the evaluation system.
