Abstract :
In this paper the original construction of a measuring cell of dielectrometer of mm waves permitting in oscillator mode in 8-mm a wave range to carry out the classification of a broad class of liquids having high value of loss tangent. To take advantage of the offered method of investigation of dielectric properties of liquids it is necessary to relate high resolving ability and small volume of liquid.
