Production safety incidents occur frequently in the last few years, internal and external aspects are quite complex, ready for classification and grading job of production safety incidents, Strengthens thunderbolt´s emergency rescue, increases safety production supervision and input-output analysis, it is helpful to prevention and the reduced safety incident´s occurrence and reduce disaster losses to a minimum
