Abstract :
This paper deals with an adaptive dynamical model for collective agent systems. The adaptation of collective behavior is modeled by the imitation dynamics depending on its group size. The migration between the groups is driven by the gap of the performance of collective behavior for every group. The speed of collective adaptation is changed by adjusted the group size. We propose a model where the performance of collective behavior is improved by adjusting the group size. Simulation results show effectiveness of the proposed approach.
