Reputation is the base of bank sustainable development. Different from credit risk and other risk facing the bank, early-warning system is the key factor of managing the reputation risk. The early-warning system base on six aspects which include emotional appeal, products and services, vision and leadership, workplace environment, financial performance and social responsibility. Due to the characteristics of reputation risk, the emergency response mechanism should be built which the bank should take reputation risk integrated into the whole risk management process, built a joint working group, monitor the reputation by the early-warning system and improve transparency.
