Abstract
A new integratable oscillator is presented through the use of a new current-tunable R-L filter. The oscillation frequency is current-tunable in excess of three orders of magnitude. Existing methods for on-chip inductors (L) are encouraged in implementing this oscillator so as to enable very high oscillation frequencies. The paper suggests an alternative to integratable oscillators of “inductorless” types
