In recent years, the Microblog has become an important role in advocating campaign of government. In this paper, the authors utilized the principal-agent theory, which is the core concept in Information Economics, combine it with interest game and policy implementation, and form the perspective of Game Theory, both from central and local governments, so as to analyze the problem in China´s democratic supervision and different responses. The paper draws the conclusion that Microblog will bring a completely revolution to break the information asymmetry and incentive incompatibility in the procedure of democratic supervision. Based on the above analysis, combining with the characteristics of Microblog, the paper gives some suggestions to improve government´s communicating skills and keep away the moral hazard and the adverse selection in policy making.
