Abstract :
In conclusion, we have developed 1.3-μm uncooled coaxial analog DFB MQW laser modules. They operate over the wide temperature range from -40-85°C with low distortion and low noise, which are quite suitable for light sources of a return path in bidirectional optical CATV network systems
