Industry cluster is a prominent economic phenomenon in nowadays, it plays a more and more important role in promoting the regional economic development and regional competition. On the one hand, it expands the production product awareness, produces the brand effect. On the other hand, there is fierce within a cluster of vicious competition, make the whole cluster´s advantage by certain degree of restriction. In fact, it is the material and information what constitutes the basic elements of industrial cluster system. The transfer and exchange of energy of material and information flowing is interdependent in a cluster industry, but in industrial association contradict the role orientation. Since resources unequal caused by the industrial cluster supply chain efficiency were so poor, the issues are very outstanding. Therefore, in view of Ningbo manufacturing industry cluster the characteristics and defects, it is proposed to through the application of informatization construction of the service platform of ascension cluster economic environment of enterprise innovation and the synthesis competitive ability countermeasure of manufacturing industrial clusters, and the service platform of informationization construction and operation mechanism explored.
