Abstract :
A diverse, high performance set of integrated semiconductor devices is required to achieve the performance goals of modern telecommunication systems. BiCMOS is an ideal choice where a blend of high-speed, high-drive, mixed-voltage and analog-digital performance is required. The authors review aspects of BiCMOS technology modularity, flexibility, performance, manufacturability and application to telecommunications
