The e-business has been pushed forward into a rapid expansion period by the financial crisis. However the quicker of the e-business development, the more highlighted credit problem is. This paper via analyzing the process of e-business transaction, indicates the forming mechanism of e-business credit risk, and puts forward some relevant precautionary measures.
