Abstract :
With the development of network and communications, the scope of E-learning has been developed continuously in order to meet the people´s needs of learning. E-learning quality become a focus to the public. this paper presents a quality monitoring evaluating platform based on Quality Monitoring Model to enhance the E-learning quality.
