The choice and the cultivation of point on economic growth can promote industrial structure optimization, transform the economic growth way, and have the important role to the economic development, as well, related the national or the regional economies sustainable development. The article determines the profession degree of development and the condition through the model on degree of order, carries on the empirical analysis to the point of economic growth in Liaoning, and then proposes the counterpart measures and suggestions on the point of economic growth.
