M&A and supply chain management are the major trends of enterprise management in the 21st century. That how to achieve synergy after M&A through the supply chain integration is of great significance for the enterprises to gain a competitive advantage and achieve its strategic goals. Knowledge integration capacity affects the competitiveness of nodal enterprises in a supply chain after M&A, and the performance of enterprises merged. Knowledge integration runs throughout the whole process of the enterprise supply chain integration. Knowledge integration level of enterprises M&A can improve through strengthening knowledge-sharing capabilities, resisting the risk of knowledge-sharing, forming an effective incentive mechanism, establishing a staff learning and training system, and taking shape the knowledge-sharing alliances culture.
