Application of Markov chain in the teaching evaluation

After analyzing advantages and disadvantages of original methods that analyze students´ grade and evaluate teaching quality with average grade, this paper proposed a new method that use the transfer matrix obtained by markov chain to analyze students´ grade and evaluate teaching quality. Markov chain use scores transition matrix of students to illustrate the changes in student achievement, eliminating the subjective factor, which can provide better, more objective assessment of teaching quality.
