Abstract :
Nowadays, random numbers are used in different applications such as computer simulation and data coding. generating random numbers (GRN) is one of the most important problems in these days. Although Different methods have been proposed to generate these numbers, each method has some own faults. In this paper, a new method is recommended. We use cellular automata to generate random numbers. Cellular automata are dynamic systems whose behavior is purely based on the basis of local connection. These dynamic systems have different behavior included, chaos, periodic etc. At first we analyzed theses behavior and then compare them by some related diagram like Poincaré at the end best dynamic for generate random numbers was selected.
