Abstract :
The "vertical integration" management model that resulted in high consumption of resources, poor economic efficiency and weak competitiveness among enterprises, has been unable to meet the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry. The implementation of a new type of management mode has become a top priority in the development of the construction industry. Based on the reality of construction industry this paper proposes the supply chain integration management mode in order to cope with the even fierce competition. This paper first introduces the construction industry supply chain, and then combining with the characteristics of the construction industry, describes the meaning and model of the construction supply chain integration and analyzes the feasibility of implementation of the construction supply chain integration. Finally, this paper discusses how to achieve the integrated management of the construction industry through four aspects including the organizational restructuring, business process reengineering, building information support system and security system.
