After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

On the basis of analyzing differentiation between complex project crisis and risk, it studies complex characteristics of the complex project. It builds a grid-based complex project crisis management system according to complex project gird elements division and complex project crisis management procedure based on grid technology. It explains the functions of each subsystem and explores safety strategies of grid-based complex project crisis management system. It puts forward a new method to manage complex project crisis applying grid technology.
