The fusion of education and teaching in higher learning institutions with enterprise innovation and even with social innovation and system innovation is an important component of reform and innovation in colleges and universities, and this is especially true of higher IT education. Through study into the major problems in the fusion of higher IT education and teaching with IT enterprise innovation, this paper advances feasible measures and introduces relevant teaching methods that have been proved efficient in practice.
