Abstract :
The construction period of large projects is usually quite long, so only assessing the final effects is far from enough. This brings up the study of the dynamic effectiveness evaluation of project management. Introducing the theory of dynamic evaluation, this paper has established the dynamic effectiveness evaluation model for it. A dynamic fuzzy evaluation method is adopted to carry out to evaluate the effect of the project management at during different period. Besides, the result is compared with that of dynamic weighting method.
