Abstract
The requirements for producing AG Communication systems´ (AGCS) GTD-5 EAX are based on information derived from a number of forums: discussions with customers, attendance at industry-wide seminars, discussions with other manufacturers regarding interfacing issues, participation in standards committees, and other sources of technology such as trade journals. Of the five, discussions with customers are considered the most important. If a product does not meet the customers´ needs, they will not purchase it. Realizing this, AGCS directly involves customers when setting requirements. How AGCS includes the customer in resolving design requirements is addressed
