Abstract :
Ceramic substrate is an important substrate of electronic components. According to the shortcomings of the traditional contact measurement, ceramic substrate automatic sorting system based on machine vision is designed in this paper. It can automatically detect the ceramic substrate´s size, shape and position error, and the use of mechanical and electrical integration technologies satisfies sorting technology requirement, and realizes automatic sorting of ceramic substrate. The experiment results show that the size measurement of the ceramic substrate based on visual measuring system can get clear edge image, the measurement accuracy of geometric dimensions meets the requirements. Compared with the traditional measurement methods, it improves the precision and efficiency of the sorting, and provides real-time, fast, effective and economical means of measurement, which fully embodies the advantages of machine vision measurement.
