Abstract :
Monitoring and gathering information of machinery in a production line is essential for an optimization process. This paper presents the architecture of a small monitoring device that can be easily attached to old machines and machines of different brands and kinds in order to gather essential information. The collected data is transmitted using a wireless meshed network and presented via a web-interface.
