By analyzing the connotation and forming process of strategic innovation performance, this paper reveals that the existing problem of strategic innovation performance evaluation is that execution of strategic innovation has been ignored. On this foundation, efficiency index is introduced. Meanwhile its methods and meaning are clarified, anticipating a new thought for strategic innovation performance.
