Research on the growth of talents has been the focus of science of personnel. In this paper, personal factors which affect the growth of talents as the starting point to verify that the personal factors including the amount of individual knowledge, knowledge conversion capability, knowledge sharing, team collaboration and innovation; At the same time through empirical study analysis the organizational factors which affect the growth of talent on the role of personal factors, On the basis of the results of the empirical study, it proposed to establish the talent growth platform which based on tissue training system, incentive mechanism and performance management, organizational leadership, and organizational climate to promote the growth of talent.
