Notice of Retraction

In order to identify the relative influential factors about employees´ psychological boundary, a structural equation model (SEM) is used in the paper. By introducing the research achievements in the field, the paper analyzed and put forward the main idea of the paper, then solved the problem by SEM. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The paper analyzed data with SPSS and AMOS. The result shows that three factors structure is better to explain identity of the boundary. Furthermore, the paper names the three factors, that is, organizational environment, personality and management rules and regulation. Finally, the paper ranks the relative importance to the boundary. The three factors model can felicitously interpret the influential factors of employees´ psychological boundary.
