Abstract :
The abrupt fracture of vibrating screen lower beam will make the whole coal preparation product line shutting down and result in large economic losses. In this paper, according to the difficulties and requirements of vibrating screen lower beam crack detection, a quick detection method was put forward based on combined technical method of metal magnetic memory testing and eddy current testing. The experimentation and spot application results showed that the method was efficient, and could achieved the early crack fault quick detection of vibrating screen lower beam. Its application could decrease even avoid the lower beam abrupt fracture occurrence of the vibrating screen, and bring enormous economic and social effects.
