Multimedia courseware making skills is a basic skill of normal college students in the information age. The paper analysis the existing condition on courseware making skills of 3-year Normal College Students by analysizing the sample of courseware making skills in some normal college. In addition, the paper has exploration and practice on training of the skills, constructs the multi-level skill training system, creates a multi-level and multi-channel teaching model.
