Abstract :
As China´s national economy has entered a strategic development of the third step, aviation manufacturing industry is most concentrated areas of high and new technology in technical industry, in its new system process of implementation, efficiently make use of talents will become the key of human resource management in aviation manufacturing industry and the need to form a scientific human capital pricing. In the base of discussing of the concept of human capital pricing, and using the relative value principle.
