  • Abstract
    The paper presents a new approach for jointly estimating the time delays, DOAs, and Doppler shifts of multipath reflections of a signal. Based on the repetitive characteristic of the transmitted signal, a signal model is developed, which has the rotational invariance property. The PRO-ESPRIT algorithm is applied to the model. The respective Doppler shifts, time delays and DOAs can then be estimated from the rotational invariance factors and corresponding eigenvectors. The efficiency of the proposed approach is validated by computer simulations.
