Abstract :
Under the circumstances of economic globalization, outsourcing is becoming the dominant mode in the wave of global industrial transfer. The Outsourcing Service industry in China is rapidly developing, so is Outsourcing Service enterprise, and knowledge management has become the core competitiveness in this field resulting from the special function of knowledge in Outsourcing Service enterprises. The knowledge management system on Outsourcing Service enterprise has been designed according to the work flow of the knowledge management on service outsourcing, in order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. There are mainly six parts in the system, which are knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer, knowledge creation and application process of knowledge. Knowledge acquisition needs to build a large knowledge warehouse, and knowledge sharing can integrate knowledge to form one of the enterprise´s own, then, undergoing transfer and creativity for knowledge, the goal of enterprise to apply knowledge can be achieved, and the core competitiveness of Outsourcing Service enterprise can be improved.
