Abstract :
Hydrogen bond network graph (HBN graph, for short) was introduced to analyze the structure freeness of a given set S of DNA and RNA sequences by Kobayashi, et al. In this paper, we report some improvements and preliminary experiments, which are very useful for the practical implementation of HBN graph approach to DNA sequence design, and also show some applications to evaluating actual DNA sequence data.
