Abstract :
The accident (manufacturing mistake) in production line gives a large influence on the production cost. The number of enterprises recognizing the accident should be managed through company risk management process is increasing. However in those circumstances, the accident prevention method has been taken only by individual accident basis but not accident factor basis, and there is no signs on accident decrease. A better approach for minimizing accident occurrence is to extract key common factors that lie in any accidents in the past. This paper describes that the author proposed method is effective in prevention of accidents, and an innovation is taking place in production lines. Also this paper describes the evaluation and the future improvement of the proposed method, based on the results gotten through the trial application in the actual production line.
