With the cooperative expansion and increase the cost of democratic governance, strengthening the cooperative education to train more professionals to the management of cooperatives organization, thereby increasing the level of co-management and operation, has become the inevitable choice for the development of cooperative organizations. Management of farmer cooperatives of the advantages and disadvantages of the operating mechanism of cooperative education, development and growth of cooperatives, as well as on the economic development of China´s agriculture has important practical significance. Based on the status of cooperative education at home and abroad a brief analysis of cooperative education on how to improve the operating mechanism proposed advices.
