This paper applies the basic principles and methods of organizational ecology to constructs the composition of organization ecological systems of hi-tech industrial clusters, analysis the niche of hi-tech industrial clusters, including niche dimension, niche breadth, niche position and niche overlap and mutual relations, proposes the competitive strategies of hi-tech industrial clusters enterprises based on the niche. The clusters enterprises should dynamic select the competitive strategies in the changing environment in order to enhance the competitive competent of the whole clusters.
